By accessing or using the Gloy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these User Agreement terms ("Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App. Gloy is provided as a free-to-use tool with optional premium features, and no account registration or login is required to access the core functionality of the App.
Gloy is designed as the ultimate tool for creating unique alien-themed images, transforming ordinary rectangular photos into extraordinary artistic works. The core features of the App include:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice, although we will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes that may affect their use of the App.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your local jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You shall not:
You retain all ownership rights to the images and content you create using Gloy. By using the App, you grant Gloy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share your content with third parties without your explicit permission.
Gloy offers certain premium features, including the ability to download created works to your local device, which require the use of virtual coins ("Coins"). Coins may be obtained through in-app activities, promotions, or optional in-app purchases (where available).
Works created using Gloy are stored in the in-app gallery on your local device. We do not store your created works on our servers unless you choose to download them (in which case temporary storage may occur for the download process only). You are responsible for backing up your created works, as we cannot recover lost content if your device is damaged, lost, or reset.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes to this Agreement, we will notify you by displaying a prominent notice within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Gloy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any Coins associated with your device may be forfeited.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Gloy regarding your use of the App. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
